The next issue is related to choice. At the core of anything you do is a choice. You choose to get up in the morning and go to work. You choose to brush your teeth, iron your clothes, and wash your car. Everything is a choice. The key to exercising regularly is making that choice, not daily, but only once. (more…)

Jen’s Journal: Week 18. Part 1

This week did not go so well. I think that I hurt my back painting the ceiling, so I was unable to lift weights, exercise or do much of anything. My diet was a bit strange as I’ve been at home rather than at work, so I have different eating habits. (more…)
